Share to

Where you are allowed to share your content with a friend on your contact list, WhatsApp friend list, WhatsApp groups, few supporting apps already installed on your phone, other social media platforms, email account, etc.

You can also use this button to share this content with another device via Bluetooth or even share the content with your google drive account.

The share to the other button is very similar in functions to the post to. While the latter is restricted, the former is broad and enables several other actions. other app buttons


Where you can archive a post. When a post is archived, you will be the only one that can see such a post.

Also, bear in mind that when you chose to archive a post, such post is automatically removed from your profile(visitors can no longer view that post), except if it is reposted back to your profile from your archived post.


Where you can delete already posted content from your profile. Once deleted, it will no longer be visible to both you and your visitors.

Under the delete button, you also have the option of archiving the same content should you change your mind about deleting it.

Professionally, I would advise you to archive any post you no longer need on your timeline instead of deleting it.

The advantage of archiving is that it can be retrieved, edited, rebranded, adjusted, polished, and then posted at any time, unlike deleting where it is gone and gone for good.

Turn off commenting

With this button, you can turn off commenting or turn on comments for a particular post.

Open your youtube page or account, locate the profile icon of your account, click on the video tab from the left side menu.

Furthermore, there are couples of applications that have been developed to manage two or more accounts together, such that; whatever is posted over one social media platform(in this case, Instagram)is automatically duplicated over the paired account.
